This series of motors is of horizontal structure, which has the characteristics of high efficiency, large out-of-step torque, low vibration, and convenient installation and maintenance. The stator is generally an integral structure, which is impregnated with F-grade VPI solvent-free paint under vacuum pressure, so that the stator has good insulation performance and reliable mechanical performance, and can withstand the impact of electromagnetic force during startup. The rotor is of salient pole structure, the magnetic pole iron core is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, and the full damping structure is adopted, so that the motor has good starting performance and damping ability.
