a. The altitude does not exceed 1000m;

c. For YXKS series motors, the cooling water temperature at the inlet of the cooler does not exceed 33°C, and the minimum temperature is 5°C;

d. The average maximum relative temperature of the wettest month is 90%, and the average minimum temperature of the month is not higher than 25℃;

e. The power frequency is 50Hz±1%;

f. The variation range of the working voltage is not more than ±5% of the rated voltage;

g. The motor rating is continuous duty SI.

YX is the basic series, the protection level is P23, and the cooling method is C01. The top protection of the frame is removed, and different protective covers or coolers are installed) to derive motors with different protection levels and cooling methods, such as YXKS air-water cooling, YXQF (climate protection), YXKK air-air cooling and other series motors.

The stator adopts an external press-fit structure. This series of motors H400-H710 all use magnetic wedges, and orders that require non-magnetic wedges are not accepted.

Most of the squirrel cage rotors of this series of motors use copper bar rotors. The squirrel cage copper bar rotors adopt advanced and reliable welding technology, and are fastened in the grooves to ensure smooth operation. A small amount of cast aluminum rotors are used.

There are two types of bearings: rolling bearing and sliding bearing. It depends on the power and speed of the motor. The protection level of the basic type is P44. If the motor has a higher protection level, the protection level of the bearing will also increase.

Motors with rolling bearing structure have non-stop refueling and oil draining devices, and are equipped with special refueling tools.

The main output box is a sealed structure, and the protection level is IP54. One is installed on the right side of the motor from the right side of the shaft extension, and can also be installed on the left side according to user needs. The inlet hole of the outlet box can be turned up, down, left and right around. There is a separate ground terminal inside the box.
